Q: What payment options does Corktease® offer?
A:
We offer a variety of payment options, including Visa, MasterCard®, Discover and American Express. We DO NOT accept checks, money orders, payment in currencies other than U.S. Dollars or, you probably guessed it, wine.

Q: Is shopping with Corktease® secure?
A:
Yes. We want your online shopping experience to be worry-free, so we use SSL (Secure Socket Layers), the encryption standard for online stores. All of your personal information, including your credit card number, is encrypted by SSL while you are placing the order. SSL encrypts your order information to avoid the decoding of that information by anyone other than Corktease®.

To check the security of your connection and to make sure SSL is active, look for the image of a closed lock and the words "You are using our secure checkout" at the top of your checkout page.

Q: When will I receive my order?
A: 
If you place your order before 12pm PST, Monday through Friday, we will fill and ship it on the same day. Orders placed after 12pm PST will be filled the following business day. Delivery time depends on the delivery method you choose at checkout.

Q: What printing method do you use?
A:
All shirts are screen-printed on high-quality, brand-name garments using only the best quality inks. Caps are embroidered.

Q: Can I return an item if I order the wrong size?
A: Sorry, no.
We only accept returns on items if we’ve made an error in your order. If you accidentally order a garment in the wrong size or the wrong color, we suggest you give it to someone as a gift. Your friend will love you for being so thoughtful. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more information on this.

Q: Who do I contact if I want to sell Corktease® products in my store, or co-brand with Corktease®?
A:
Easy, just email us. We’ll answer any questions you have about selling and co-branding. Retailers must provide a copy of their Reseller's Permit before any orders are placed.

Q: My best friend is getting married in wine country, and I want to buy t-shirts and tank tops for the entire bridal party. Do you take bulk orders?
A:
We love bulk orders just as much as we love wedding parties! Send us an email, and provide us with the product number and the quantity you’d like to order (price breaks are determined based on the number of items in the order). Also, make sure you give us plenty of advance warning. Three weeks should do it!
