We make every effort to provide you with all the information you need to make the right purchasing decisions, including size charts and the opportunity to double-check your order before checking out. Therefore, Corktease® will only make exchanges or issue refunds if we’ve made an error in your order.

In the event that you receive the wrong item, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund, providing you notify us within 5 days of receiving your order and the item is returned in its original packaging.
